Order Processing Time
Processing time is the duration between when an order is placed and when it is handed over to the delivery service. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 15-30 calendar days of order confirmation/payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or during holidays may experience slight delays.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours. We take every measure to ensure that shipping delays are kept to an absolute minimum.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location).
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently offer delivery primarily within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam).
- At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations outside our designated zones.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
- Tracking Activation: Please allow up to 7 days for your tracking number to become active in the courier’s system.
- Update Frequency: Tracking information typically takes 48 to 72 hours to update.
- Support: If you cannot track your package after the activation period, please contact us. We aim to resolve all tracking inquiries within 24 hours.
Delivery Delays
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at service@borealforest.com. We will immediately coordinate with the transportation company to investigate the status of your parcel. Thank you for your patience and support.
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly. If the order has not yet been handed over to the courier, we will process a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once a parcel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Customs Fees: In rare cases, international or regional orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by the local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs authorities and recommend contacting your local customs office for details on tariffs and duties.
- Sales Tax: We do not charge sales tax on any orders.
