In the harsh cold of the northern winter, the vast boreal forest loses its green, leaving only stubborn bare trees standing, showing how time passes. A craftswoman, who absolutely loved the raw beauty of nature, was deeply touched by this stark but strong scene.
Back in her studio, showing her respect for nature, she carefully shaped the clay by hand, slowly putting the look of those boreal forest bare trees onto the surface of a handmade ceramic mug. After trying and changing things countless times, this one-of-a-kind handmade ceramic mug was born.
The warm touch of her hands, the simple feel of the clay, plus the special bare tree patterns, make it more than just a cup.
